GEMSTONE-NOESY

Summary:
GEMSTONE, Gradient-Enhanced Multiplet-Selective Targeted-Observation NMR Experiment, is a method for selecting one signal from a group of overlapping mulitplet signals. Here, GEMSTONE-NOESY allows unambiguous interpretation of the NOESY spectra and can aid in the assignment of stereochemistry.
