Summary:
GEMSTONE, Gradient-Enhanced Multiplet-Selective Targeted-Observation NMR Experiment, is a method for selecting one signal from a group of overlapping multiplet signals. GEMSTONE achieves very high selectivity in a single shot by combining chemical shift filtering and spatial multiplexing.
